How many people can stay in the apartment?
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and sleeps up to 4 people. It is 75 m2 plus a terrace.
Does it have air conditioning and WiFi?
Yes. The apartment has air conditioning throughout, for both heating and cooling, and fibre WiFi that is fine for working remotely.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, the kitchen has everything: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the kitchenware you need to cook. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are included in the price and made up before you arrive.
Is there a lift in the building?
Yes, the building has a lift, so getting to the apartment is easy even with suitcases or a pushchair.
Does the apartment have a pool?
The apartment does not have a pool. It is meant for people who prefer the beach, which is a 4-minute walk away.
Is there anywhere to park?
Yes. Street parking in the area is easy, with no paid zones or time limits, even in high season.

What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 3 nights. If you need a shorter stay, get in touch and we will see what we can do depending on the dates.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is until 11:00. If your flight does not fit those times, let us know and we will try to work around it.
How do I collect the keys?
We meet you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you around. We agree your arrival time with you a few days before.
How do I book the apartment?
Check the availability calendar on this page and send us your dates through the form. We will reply with confirmed availability and the final price, with no obligation.
How do I pay, and is there a deposit?
The booking is confirmed with a deposit by bank transfer, and the rest is paid on arrival. We do not ask for a security deposit.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 15 days before your arrival date, and the advance payment is refunded in full.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Why do you ask for my ID or passport details?
It is a legal requirement. Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021 obliges every tourist accommodation in Spain to register traveller details and report them to the authorities. We send you a private link so you can fill them in at your own pace before you arrive.
Where exactly is Mil Palmeras?
Mil Palmeras is a coastal area of Pilar de la Horadada, at the southern tip of the province of Alicante, right on the border with Murcia. This is the southern Costa Blanca, between Torre de la Horadada and Campoamor.
How far is the beach?
Mil Palmeras beach is about a 4-minute walk away. Las Higuericas beach is 10 minutes on foot, and there are more coves linked by wooden boardwalks through the dunes.
Are there shops and restaurants nearby?
Yes. There is a supermarket a 3-minute walk away, and restaurants and bars along the seafront promenade, just a stroll from the apartment.
Do I need a car?
Not for day to day: the beach, the supermarket, the restaurants and the promenade are all walkable. A car is handy for day trips, for Zenia Boulevard or for the golf courses nearby.
Which is the nearest airport?
Alicante-Elche airport is about 55 minutes by car. Murcia-Corvera is slightly closer, around 40 minutes.
What is there to do in the area?
Miles of palm-lined seafront promenade, golden-sand beaches with sunbeds and parasols, and wooden boardwalks connecting the coves. Nearby you have the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre and the golf courses of Campoamor and Villamartin.
When is the best time to visit?
May to October for the beach, with warm water and long sunny days. But the mild Costa Blanca climate makes spring and autumn excellent too if you prefer quiet and comfortable walking weather.
